SUMMARY

Robert Hal Jacob went missing on the 12th November 2015 in Canberra City Area, ACT at the age of 56 years old. Robert lived alone and never owned a phone but would frequent inner city public places and get in contact with family. Robert is known to have a heart and lung medical conditions. Robert has been described as being about 179cm tall with dark brown/grey hair and brown eyes. Robert’s left thumb has limited mobility. He also has a tattoo on left forearm of barbed wire, Ned Kelly and the words mum and dad. He also has a tattoo on left arm and shoulder with the words Bianca and Briony.
