SUMMARY

Julie Garciacelay went missing on the 1st of July 1975 in North Melbourne, VIC at the age of 19 years old. Julie had only moved to Australia in 1974 from Stockton, California, she was living with her sister at the time of her disappearance. On the night of her disappearance a work colleague came to her house with two males to discuss a business venture. These males state that Julie left the apartment to make a phone call and never returned but the next day her sister found Julie clothes and underwear on the floor with some of them being torn. Julie is described as being 165cm tall with brown hair and eyes. There is a $500,000 reward for any information that leads to Julie or her remains being found.
