SUMMARY

Glenyce Rae McGowan went missing on 10 December 1975 in Nanutarra Roadhouse in Western Australia at the age of 19 years old. Glenyce has been described as being around 155cm tall, medium build, olive complexion, light brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a long blue skirt, strip on sandals and an indian style cream coloured button up top. Gelnyce was on her way to visit her friend in Tom Price when Cyclone Joan hit North West of Western Australia making road closures occur. Glenyce stopped at Nanutarra Roadhouse where she met a family and planned to catch a lift with them the next morning to Tom Price. Sadly Glenyce never arrived to travel with the family. There are two main theories in this case, one being that she was kidnapped and murdered while the other theory is that she disappeared and started a new life.
