Michael Isles

SUMMARY

Michael James Isles went missing on the 23rd of September 2009 in Ayr, Queensland at the age of 58 years old. Michael was a Queensland Police senior sergeant at Ayr police station. Michael was described as being about 180cm tall with brown and hazel eyes. He was last seen driving in an unmarked police vehicle (a silver Toyota Aurion) heading to Townsville to attend training for his job. Five days after Michael went missing the unmarked police vehicle was found 80 kilometers from Ayr in bushland off an unsealed road. Michael’s disappearance comes after an investigation into the Ayr police station and himself about drug trafficking and fraudulent issuing of driver’s licenses.
