According to the Australian Federal Police National Missing Persons Coordination Centre (NMPCC) in 2020 around 51,000 people were reported missing in Australia. That’s around 140 missing people a day with 98% of these case being found. Sadly around 2% of the cases are not found and still have questions that remain unanswered, this is approximately 2,600 missing person cases that need to be solved.
